#2) once property has been viewed you must pay the FULL security deposit to secure the unit
Security Deposit is = to 1 months rent and must be paid by check payable to Kraker Properties
#3) you will complete the rental application online ($25 fee), if you are not 21 years old a guardian must complete.
DO NOT FILL OUT APPLICATION UNTIL YOU HAVE TOURED PROPERTY.
#4) we will prepare a 12 month lease after the property has been viewed, FULL security deposit has been paid, and rental application is complete. We can fax, email, or mail for signatures- you do not have to make another visit to execute the lease agreement.

Our current tenants have until February 28 to renew their lease- we will not know our availability until March 1.
We will email everyone the list and if there are rentals you are interested in you will then request a showing.
