NEW TENANT INFO

We hope your move goes as smoothly as possible. Please read entirely, it will answer many questions.

 

Per item #23 of your lease agreement that you initialed when you signed your new lease- your unit will be ready on the 6th.

UTILITIES:

All APARTMENT UNITS ARE ELECTRIC ONLY- some rental homes also require gas through ATMOS elecrtic.

 Per your lease agreement. we require you to have the utilities connected in your name the entire lease period.

Please request your connection for the 1st.

 Failure to have utilities connected will result in your unit not being ready by the 6th.

You must have your SIGNED copy in order to connect utilities at Starkville Electric Department.

Please email us for a signed copy if you do not have one.

COMMON QUESTIONS:

May I paint my unit after I move-in? No.

 May I have pets? Only in our rental homes, not apartment units.

How do I report a maintenance item?

 Can I be charged for maintenance at the property? 
Yes. If resident neglect or damage causes the problem, you will be charged for it. 

 

Just a reminder, ALL RENT IS DUE ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH.

Please log into your tenant portal to set up monthly rent payments.

Your user name is your email address from your rental application.
