Leasing Process for Summer/Fall 2023, starts March 1, 2023:

You must request a tour KrakerRentals@gmail.com, pay the FULL security deposit, complete rental application,

and sign lease to secure the unit.

Security Deposit is = to 1 months rent

and must be paid by VENMO  to @Kraker-Properties (DO NOT SELECT GOODS & SERVICES) or by check payable to Kraker Properties.

Each tenant will complete the rental application online ($25 fee), if you are not 21 years old a guardian must complete.

​

We will prepare a 12 month lease after FULL security deposit has been paid, and rental application is complete. We send leases

via DocuSign- you do not have to make another visit to execute the lease agreement.

*our move in date is the 6th of the month*

*we do not allow pets in any apartments*

*no utility fees are included in monthly rental rate*

*washing machine and dryer are provided in every rental except 1 bedrooms at Southern Shade*

*if you schedule an appointment, it is possible that an earlier appointment will secure the property you are interested in**
