SUMMER/ FALL 2025 Leasing Information

Leasing Process for Summer/Fall 2025, starts February 1, 2025:
Sign-up for the '25-'26 Availability List above, receive an email on 2/1/2025 with all available rentals,
follow the instructions in that email to schedule a showing, pay the FULL security deposit, complete rental application,
and sign lease to secure the unit.
Security Deposit is = to 1 months rent
and must be paid by VENMO to @Kraker-Properties (DO NOT SELECT PURCHASE PROTECTION) or by check payable to Kraker Properties.

Each tenant will complete the rental application online ($40 fee), if you are not 21 years old a guardian must complete.
​
We will prepare a 12 month lease after FULL security deposit has been paid, and rental application is complete. We send leases
via DocuSign- you do not have to make another visit to execute the lease agreement.

*we do not allow pets in any apartments*
*no utility fees are included in monthly rental rate*
*washing machine and dryer are provided in every rental except 1 bedrooms at Southern Shade*
*if you schedule an appointment, it is possible that an earlier appointment will secure the property you are interested in**
