Appraisal Services: Michael Kraker began Appraisal Services through in 1978, when he decided to return back to his hometown of Starkville, MS. 

In 2003, his son Slade Kraker joined along side of him after graduating from Mississippi State University in 2002.
 
Kraker Construction:  Michael, Gayle, and Slade Kraker also work together in designing and building residential single homes and multi-family homes. Kraker Construction also purchases and remodels existing homes that are for sale.
 
Rental Properties: In 1987, Mike and Gayle began building apartments and offering affordable housing to Starkville and MSU students.
