*we do not offer short term leases*
*we do not allow animals in apartments*
*no utility fees are included in monthly rental rate*
*an appointment does not guarantee you a unit*
*you must be 21 to sign the lease.*
*if you turn 21 this summer, you are not 21 now, and a parent/guardian must sign for you*
*we do not allow subleasing*
*if your property has multiple occupants, everyone will sign a joint lease, we do not do individual leases*
*utilities are not included in monthly rent*
READY TO COMMIT?
Step 1: Email us!
Once property has been toured please email us at KrakerRentals@gmail.com to confirm it is still available.
Step 2: Security Deposit!
You must pay the FULL security deposit to secure the unit.
Security Deposit is = to 1 months rent
paid by Venmo to @Kraker-Properties
Note the property you are securing.
Do NOT swipe goods and services.

Step 3: Rental Applications!
All signors must submit a rental application- here. $40 fee.
Complete the rental application online, if you are not 21 years old a guardian must complete.
Step 4: Sign!
We will send 12 month lease via an Electronic Signature request to collect signatures.
